Food to Go, Part 2: Saak

Today, ma spent about an hour-and-a-half in the kitchen creating 15 packs of saak for me to take back to Sacramento. She's discovered a new way to cook them, what chefs in big kitchens must do, so she says she's saving lots of time.

As always, I say that I don't to want to take back any more, but as always, I am sure I will be extremely grateful when I'm in Sacramento

and I can go to the freezer and eat these delicious home- cooked meals anytime.
